Session Media

Hourglass Recordings and its employees, contractors, and owners are not responsible for any session data, recordings equipment, instruments or any other property left or stored on premises. Session materials left beyond 30 days due to nonpayment become the property of Hourglass Recordings LLC. Hourglass Recordings LLC is not responsible for any unrecoverable data due to flood, electrical, hard drive failure, human error or theft. We recommend backups be made immediately to personal client drives. Hourglass Recordings is not responsible for any unrecoverable data.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Client also agrees to indemnify Hourglass Recordings LLC and its employees for any and all claims, costs, losses, detriments and expenses of any kind or nature. Including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and cost incurred by Hourglass Recordings LLC by reason of any breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty, or agreement made by client.

Photography

While on Hourglass Recordings' premises or while using their services, representatives of Hourglass Recordings may take pictures or video of their clients for personal or professional use. By using Hourglass Recordings' services or being on their premises you agree to allow Hourglass Recordings the use of your image.
